Weekly client updates. One page per client, no login for them.
Keep your clients in the loop.
One page per client. Post an update, they get it by email with a link to everything that came before. No login for them, no chasing for you.
$49/month. Unlimited projects and clients. No seats.
It is Thursday. A client you have not written to in two weeks sends four words: how is it going?
You know how it is going. You just have to reconstruct it from a task board, two Slack threads and your own memory, then write it up well enough that it reads like a plan rather than a defence.
That message is not a request for information. It is the moment your client started wondering.
This is the whole product.
You write the update in a box. Your client reads it in their inbox.
Week of 12 May
The new booking flow went live on Tuesday and has taken 34 bookings since. Payment errors are down from about 6 a week to zero so far.
Next week I am cleaning up the confirmation emails and starting the reporting screen.
I need your merchant ID for the reporting screen by Thursday, otherwise it moves to the following week.
One change: I moved the reporting screen ahead of the admin settings page, because you cannot see revenue without it and settings can wait.
Under a hundred words. Your client now knows the state of their money, their project, and their own homework.
That is the whole format. The guide explains it in full.
How it works
- Create a project. A name and one client email address. That is the whole setup.
- Post an update. What got done, what is next, what you need from them, what changed. Attach files if the detail matters.
- They read it. The email lands, the private link opens every update you have ever posted, and they can reply under the one they are asking about.
Nothing to install. Nothing for your client to learn.
A few opinions
This product has opinions. They are all arguable, and we have argued them.
- Clients should not need an account.
- One page per client beats a fresh document every week.
- No dashboards. A list and a page will do.
- Slack is for conversation, not for the record.
- Flat pricing is a feature.
More of these in the blog.
What it does not do
On purpose:
- No client logins
- No dashboards or charts
- No boards, Gantt charts or task management
- No per-seat or per-client pricing
- No AI summary of your own week
Keep your project tool. This is not that. This is the thing you send the client.
Price
$49 a month. Unlimited projects, unlimited clients, no per-seat fee.
Billing is not switched on yet. Creating an account does not charge you.
Everything it does is written down in the docs.
